Shipping and Refund Policy
Most of the items we sell are shipped by FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery. Larger items such as dining tables and swing stands must be shipped by Freight truck which requires access to the delivery location with a large semi-truck. If you have questions regarding freight shipment please contact us before placing your order.
Most of the furniture we sell will require some assembly. All furniture comes with detailed assembly instructions with pictures which is very easy to follow. Our customers rarely have problems assembling their furniture.
If you receive furniture that is damaged or not what you ordered we will replace the furniture or ship you replacement parts for the furniture. If you change your mind after you receive the furniture and want to return the furniture we can send you a return shipping label. Once we receive the returned furniture we will issue a refund – our cost to ship you the furniture, the cost of shipping to return the furniture and a 10% restocking fee.
All LuxCraft poly furniture includes a lifetime limited warranty against cracking and structural deterioration for residential use and a 5-year warranty for commercial use. If you have any structural or cracking issues with your furniture let us know and we will ship you replacement parts free of charge. This warranty is provided by LuxCraft, the furniture manufacturer.
